Pack your bags (and your appetite) for a flavor-filled journey around the world! In this immersive Teen Summer Camp, young chefs will explore the vibrant flavors and cooking techniques of African, Thai, and Greek cuisine—no passport required!
🌍 African Cuisine – Experience the bold spices and rich flavors of African dishes as we create traditional favorites like Jollof Rice, Moroccan Tagine, or Ethiopian Injera with savory stews.
🌶️ Thai Cuisine – Master the balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy in classic Thai dishes like Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Mango Sticky Rice while learning about Thai ingredients and traditions.
🍽️ Greek Cuisine – Travel to the Mediterranean with fresh, bright flavors of Greece, cooking up Spanakopita, Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki, and Baklava for a perfect sweet finish.
This hands-on camp is designed for curious and creative teens who love food and adventure. Each day, campers will cook, taste, and learn about the culture behind these global cuisines, gaining confidence in the kitchen and discovering new flavors from around the world.

Any guests arriving 15 minutes past class start time will not be admitted with no refund. No leftovers will be allowed to be taken home. You will work in groups of four.
Corpus Christi Cooking Club recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with Corpus Christi Cooking Club before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class. Each guest will get a generous taste of the dish.
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
Aprons will be provided
Some portions of the class will be done before guests arrive in order to ensure that the class finishes on time. This is a demo with hands-on elements. At the end of this class you will receive a recipe card so you can try out your newfound skills at home!
