TWO DAY CLASS: ALL ABOUT LAMINATED DOUGH DATE: Monday and Tuesday March 4th and 5th Time Slots 10am to 1pm, 6pm to 9pm
Learn how to make Laminated Doughes in this two day class! Come for three hours on two days. You will learn how to mix, knead, bulk ferment, shape, proof, and bake Croissants, Pan Au Chocolates, Almond Croissants, Crookie(Croissant Cookie), Danishes, and Palmiers. Ready to learn how to make baked goods that will wow your family? Take this class! You will be able to take your product home with you and the recipes. Only ten people to each time slot so act fast!
Ticket: Valid for one person. To book for two people you will need to add a quantity of two to your cart.
Date: Monday and Tuesday, March 4th and 5th
Time slots (you will come both days at the same time) : 10am to 1pm , 6pm to 9pm
Menu: Croissants, Pan Au Chocolates, Almond Crossiants, Crookie(Croissant Cookie) , Danishes, Palmiers
Classes run time about 3 hrs on Monday and Tuesday depending on guest arrival and recipe completion.
Any guests arriving 15 minutes past class start time will not be admitted with no refund. No leftovers will be allowed to be taken home. You will work in groups of four.
Corpus Christi Cooking Club recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with Corpus Christi Cooking Club before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class. Each guest will get a generous taste of the dish.
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
Aprons will be provided
Some portions of the class will be done before guests arrive in order to ensure that the class finishes on time. This is a demo with hands-on elements. At the end of this class you will receive a recipe card so you can try out your newfound skills at home!
