Get ready to pucker up and embrace all things pickled in this tangy, crunchy, flavor-packed Pickle Party Cooking Class! Whether you're a die-hard pickle fan or just love trying bold new bites, this hands-on class will have you brining, dipping, frying, and puffing your way to pickle perfection.
🥒 Make Your Own Pickles – Learn the basics of pickling as you customize your own jar of crunchy, zesty pickles to take home—spicy, sweet, garlicky, or dill, the choice is yours!
🔥 Pickle Dip on Hashbrowns – Creamy, savory, and packed with pickle flavor, you’ll whip up a crowd-pleasing dip served warm over crispy golden hashbrowns.
🍽️ Fried Pickles – Discover the secrets to perfectly battered and fried pickles, served hot and crispy with a side of tangy dipping sauce.

Menu: Make your own Pickles , Pickle Dip on hashbrowns, Fried Pickles, Potato and Pickle Puffs
Classes run time from 1 to 2 ½ hrs depending on guest arrival and recipe completion.
Any guests arriving 15 minutes past class start time will not be admitted with no refund. No leftovers will be allowed to be taken home. You will work in groups of four.
Corpus Christi Cooking Club recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with Corpus Christi Cooking Club before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class. Each guest will get a generous taste of the dish.
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
Aprons will be provided
Some portions of the class will be done before guests arrive in order to ensure that the class finishes on time. This is a demo with hands-on elements. At the end of this class you will receive a recipe card so you can try out your newfound skills at home!
